I asked my client to email me some images, he sent a blank email, I told him it was blank he sent another blank email.
Again I explained he needed to attach the images which he then replied “I can’t they are on another computer”
I attended a meeting last week and the CEO made a racist comment about the girl serving the drinks, to her face I just walked out and lost a big contract, but I feel safe in the knowledge my principles are good.
We completed a clients project a few weeks ahead of schedule and he gave the team a bonus!! Best Client EVER!
Just got a random email from a “potential client” asking for more info about me designing their site. That would be fine if I had actually spoke with them before…
I hate other people when comes to us, the graphic designers, they think because everything is based in color and shapes, they can do it better than us, it just they don’t have the time so… they hire us, but to make “exactly” what they want… so we can end with a client who wants a logo that show “elegancy” but they want it with the “COMIC SANS” font because they like it… it´s so frustrating… they need to know that we study for this, we live for this, and we have the tools to make the work right… if they just have the enough confidence and trust in our opinion as PROFESSIONALS that we are indeed.
I just landed my first “big name” client, I’m delighted and can’t wait to get started!
